Appointments
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. I allot a specific amount of time to ensure that I can provide an excellent client experience.
- Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. As my business is done out of my home, I do not have a waiting area and will most likely be tending to my family. If you are early you are more than welcome to text to see if I am running ahead of schedule.
- Please refrain from being on your phone during an appointment as well as bringing people to your appointment. This causes a slow down and your hand to become tense which creates difficulties for me preforming the nail service. (Some exceptions do apply). This also increases the risk of getting onto your already cleaned nail plate which is a cause of lifting.
- Fills are recommended every 3-4 weeks after time of service, fills that are booked later than 4 weeks could result in additional charges. If a fill is booked at 5 weeks or more a new set price may be charged. This is dependent on the rate of growth of your natural nails and will be determined at the time of service,
- I guarantee my work for 1 week. If there is a problem within the first 7 days, there are 3 fixes included in your nail service. Repairs beyond the first week will be an additional charge.
Late Arrivals:
- Any arrivals that are 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled. There are instances where being late is unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances and emergencies- in these cases we can reschedule if I have been given last minute notice. If you do not contact me, you will incur a no-show fee of $25. **See “Cancellation / Changes / No Shows” for details of fee.
Sick:
- Out of respect and as I am operating this business out of my home please reschedule if you are sick. I will work with you to get your appointment rescheduled ASAP. If you show up and you are sick, I will have to cancel your appointment.
- If I am sick, I will notify all my scheduled clients with an option to reschedule.
Booking
- Online booking in available through the "Book Now" buttons on Facebook and Instagram or my website.. There you can see all my available appointments and pick the date that works for you. If there isn’t availability on the day you require you may contact me to get onto my wait list for cancellations.
- I book quickly at times and have limited availability so please book in advance.
- You will receive a reminder notification of your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment..
- If you need to contact me, you may do so through my Facebook or Instagram page or by text at 403.597.0736.
- New clients must send a $25 deposit to book an appointment, This will be taken off the final price at time of service. It can be sent to wildprairienails@gmail.com.
Cancellation / Changes / No Shows:
- If you require your appointment to be change or cancelled, please call or text me at 403.597.0736 at least 24 hours in advance.
- If I do not receive notification or you are a no show, a $25 fee will be charged. **This fee is required to be paid prior to booking another appointment and the $25 will be deducted from the final price of your service. If it continually occurs, I will no longer provide nail services to you.
New Clients – Booking a Fill
- At my discretion, your first appointment may be a new set price with the possibility of a product removal fee (up to $25) – This will be determined once I’ve looked over the nails.
- I cannot guarantee my work when performing a fill on another salon or nail technicians work. This is due to the possibility of product incompatibility and quality of the previous work which can cause product and service breakdown.
- I take pride in my work and want to provide quality service with quality products and because of this, I reserve the right not to fill another’s work.
- If you can confirm what product is previously used for your enhancements a regular fill price may be charged. This is at my discretion if I feel there will be no breakdown in the service I provide.
Payment
- I accept cash or etransfer.
- Payment is required at time of service – If paying by etransfer, transfer must be received before you leave your appointment.
